Maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness and smooth comfort of the rooms is the highpoint of any hotel and it is only possible with the efforts maintained by an efficient Guest Service Associate, specialising in all the elements of Housekeeping.
At the end of this Training Program, the learner will be able to:
- To communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and superiors for a smooth workflow
- To apply gender and age-sensitive service practices
- To outline protocols of confidentiality of organizational information and guests' privacy
- To apply health, hygiene and safety practices at the workplace
- To clean carpet, upholstery, and polish various surfaces/floors, both manually and with machine
- To perform housekeeping activities in the guest room and common areas of the hotel
Program Eligibility:
- 10th Class/I.T.I. (two years after class 8 ) with one year of experience as a Housekeeping Trainee OR
- 10th Class/I.T.I. (one year after class 8 with one year of experience) with one year of experience as a Housekeeping Trainee OR
- Certificate-NSQF (Level- 3 Housekeeping Trainee)
Minimum Job Entry: 18 years
