About the role:
Overall KPI: Calling, Counselling, Conversion, team handling
- Meet Enrolment /Order Intake Goal - Managing a team of Mobilizers and sales counsellors- planning and executing actions
- Conduct events and seminars in colleges and universities with the team
- Converting a potential lead into registration
- Responsible for Sourcing Candidates to registration
- Ensure System updating and daily reporting
Responsibilities:
- Market understanding:
- In-depth knowledge of the market & expertise in Lead Generation
- Lead conversion for each team member
- Conducting Seminars in colleges and universities
- Establishing good relationships with colleges / Universities. Tie-ups.
- Ensuring a high conversion ratio from Lead to Registration for each Team Member
- Monitoring, driving & enhancing productivity of the Team
- Periodic Reviews and corrective action Planning if required
- Channel Development:
- Identifying and shortlisting of Potential Sourcing Partners
- Developing a Network of Sourcing Partners across regions
- Monitoring, Reviewing and supporting the Sourcing Partners to enhance their contribution
- Planning & Forecasting:
- Business Planning & Performance Monitoring (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
- Active Participation in Batch Planning & facilitating On-time launch of batches by way of ensuring the Batch Inputs.

- Candidate requirements:
- MBA degree with 5-6 years of progressive experience in education sales Paid model, preferably at a regional level within a leading skill development/Education sales organization.
- Proven success in achieving lead, enrolment, batch launch t and fresh collection targets.
- Extensive network and understanding of the skill development landscape in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a team.
- The data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Willingness to be based in Ratnagiri.
- Experience in hard-core running paid models in retail sales will be given preference

About the role: To reach out and connect with youth regarding skill training and employment both directly and with other stakeholders in their community in order to mobilize students as per the plan. To build and maintain a positive, strong relationship with the community using the specified mobilization tools & techniques.
Responsibilities: The following are the key deliverables for the SDC Ratnagiri Mobilizer.
- Conducting regular door to door surveys in the identified communities/hamlets/villages, to gather information about the youth
- Organizing SDC Ratnagriri information campaign in all the target communities and providing all necessary information regarding courses and employment
- Implementing the community-based mobilization and enrolment plan with the centre team and ensuring the enrolment process is followed for mobilized youth
- Ensuring regular connect with community leaders/influencers i.e. Village Sarpanch, Gram Pradhan, Principal, BDO, etc.
- Facilitating enrolment drive in the target communities to enrol the “right” candidates
- Keeping constant touch with the enrolled youth and their family in order to ensure high attendance and interest
- Maintaining and submitting reports/ documentation as specified of the field work Process Compliance
- Following the Standard Mobilization Process Brand Building
- To create visibility for Skill Tress SDC Ratnagiri in the community and to advertise its benefits in the target communities.
Candidate requirements:
- Graduate (any stream), MBA preferred.
- Clear and effective communication
- Motivation to work in the field
- Understanding of the community work
- Ability to connect with a larger group of people without hesitation
- Passionate to deal with the issues of the communities
- Having good communication and management skills
- Having knowledge of data management, etc.
- Ready to travel days in a month
