MODULE DETAILS:
COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP: The biggest problem faced by students today is lack of communication skills. We conduct a comprehensive communication workshop, wherein we extensively cover basics like ‘body language’, ‘how to improve spoken English’, basic communication, art of public speaking, the art of persuasion, presentation skills etc. We do a widely recognized, path breaking ‘What’s Your Story’ session, where every student formulates the story and journey of his/her life. Communication is the bedrock of personality development and we invest good time in enhancing basic communication of students.
LEADERSHIP SESSION: In today’s competitive environment where the corporate landscape is evolving from technicians to managers to leaders, we do an in-depth workshop on the spirit of leadership. Theatre based exercises; innovative games and discussions help unleash the leadership temperament and spirit of students. We discuss effective leadership styles and techniques.
GOAL SETTING EXERCISES : We do a lot of role-plays, skits and theatre based exercises to help students in a) Goal Definition b) Reality Vs Expectations c) Effort-Potential alignment model d) Strategy Vs Tactics e) Short Term Vs Long Term
ADVANCED COMMUNICATION : Our stress on communication continues as we do a comprehensive workshop on Public Speaking, Art of Persuasion, Presentation Skills. We do live theatre-exercises and ice-breaking activities to get them out of their shell and speak with confidence.
SELF EVALUATION: We conduct tests to evaluate the strengths and weakness of students. We use various tools for comprehensive SWOT Analysis and skill-alignment.
MOTIVATIONAL WORKSHOP: Innovative games and powerful sessions with our speakers inspire them to walk the extra mile and go about their task with a dedicated approach. Real life examples, case-studies and illustrations are extensively used.
EFFECTIVE CAREER PLANNING: This program is designed for students to align their skills with the right career option. Questions like ‘What kind of Job’ would be suitable for which kind of students. ‘Job or Further Studies’ would be discussed at length. Career Options, streams, work-domains, designations are discussed in detail in this workshop.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP WORKSHOP: In a day and age of entrepreneurship, it becomes imperative to equip the students with the necessary skill-sets so that they can carve their own path. We talk about the role of creativity in entrepreneurship through case-studies and role-plays. We create a special session called IDEAS where we encourage brainstorming of new thoughts and perspectives.
HANDLING GD & INTERVIEWS: This program will help them to understand basics of GD, purpose of GD & how to buildup knowledge base. Mock GD’s would be conducted to illustrate key issues to the students. It would also make them understand interviews, typical question & answers and an insight to interview through mock Interviews.
CUSTOMIZED CV PREPARATION: We help and guide the students in creating a powerful profile and CV which helps them get calls for interviews and other job processes.
INDEPENDENT Q & A SESSION: We conduct special Q & A session where we discuss the queries of students on a case to case basis.
